A Non-Profit, Non-Political, Non-Sectarian Humanitarian Organization
Helping Aid Foundation is a non-profit, humanitarian, and development organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities through social welfare programs, emergency relief, education, healthcare, livelihood support, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment, both within Pakistan and internationally.
The Foundation currently operates throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan, with its principal humanitarian activities concentrated in Dera Ismail Khan District, and intends to expand its programs across Pakistan and, where legally permitted, support humanitarian initiatives in other countries.
The Foundation's work is organised into five programmes: clean water and sanitation, food assistance, healthcare, solar power, and disaster relief. Each one runs continuously rather than as a one-off appeal, and each is delivered by people based in the communities they serve rather than managed from a distance.
Non-political and non-sectarian are working rules here, not a statement of position. Assistance is decided on need alone: a family's background, sect or affiliation has no bearing on whether they receive help, and no part of the Foundation's work is used to advance anything beyond the welfare of the people it serves.

Mrs. Nabeela Shah
FounderAbout our founder
Mrs. Nabeela Shah is the Founder of Helping Aid Foundation and a dedicated educator with over 34 years of professional experience. She served in senior academic and leadership roles, including as an Assistant Professor at the University of Peshawar.
With a strong commitment to education, equity, and social justice, Mrs. Shah brings decades of leadership and community service experience to the Foundation.
Through Helping Aid Foundation, her vision is to bring hope, dignity, and meaningful assistance to poor and needy families in Pakistan, creating opportunities for a better and more secure future.
